It consist of Rocker Support, Rocker Arm, Rocker Shaft, Rocker Screw, Spring & Circlip All of our Rocker Arm Assemblies are manufactured with most precision tooling & advanced techniques and from high quality steel & checked at every step of production from raw material to machining in order to supply quality goods to our customers.

It's manufactured using carbon steels, case hardening steels,EN-8D and 20 Crmo material. These products are to ensure deepness that reach 0.8 - 08. The hardness of the surface is 58-60 HRC after heat treatment. Further, the hardness for the depth reaches 38-45 HRC. The working face is plated with hard chrome (0.03 - 0.05) and have Vickers hardness > 800-100.The melting point is  > 1800=, which makes valve Rocker noiseless and ensures resistance to adhesion & abrasion.
